1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using LearnRefill services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

• •All users must register with accurate and complete information and may require admin approval
• •Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• •Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed your responsibility
• •You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• •Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension or termination

3. Class Guidelines

• •Students must attend live classes on time as per schedule
• •Only one valid session per day per student is permitted
• •Rejoining a session after leaving may not be counted as attendance
• •Teachers are required to conduct sessions professionally and maintain accurate attendance records
• •Any disruption of class sessions may result in disciplinary action

4. Code of Conduct

• •All users must maintain respectful, professional, and lawful behavior
• •Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited
• •Impersonation, spamming, or misuse of platform features is not allowed
• •Unauthorized access, hacking attempts, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities will lead to legal action
• •Violation of this policy may result in suspension, termination, and potential legal consequences

5. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

• •All fees must be paid in advance — either the full one-time fee at enrollment, or each monthly instalment before that month's classes begin
• •Course durations shown on the website are the maximum ("up to") time; the monthly plan runs for up to that duration and stops after the course is completed
• •All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
• •Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal initiated without valid reason may result in permanent account suspension
• •LearnRefill reserves the right to recover dues or take legal action in case of fraudulent payment activities

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content including but not limited to videos, recordings, course materials, designs, software, and branding are the exclusive property of LearnRefill. Any unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Course Completion Benefits

• •Certificates are issued only after clearing the final interview with at least 90% marks on everything taught in the course
• •Internship opportunities are provided only to certified students, based on performance
• •Access to projects and learning resources is limited to enrolled users
• •Job assistance and career support are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed

8. Limitation of Liability

LearnRefill shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, academic results, employment opportunities, or financial losses.

9. Termination of Services

LearnRefill reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, access to services will be revoked immediately.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted services; however, LearnRefill does not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

11. Amendments to Terms

LearnRefill reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh.
